TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WEB PACKAGE

The following are the terms and conditions of the website package as supplied by Craig Longmuir. I will email the terms and conditions to you before I start work on your website so that you can email back your agreement to the terms and conditions. If you have any questions please contact me.

Terms and conditions for website package by Craig Longmuir:

All working files remain the intellectual property of Craig Longmuir.

The website design and code will remain the intellectual property of Craig Longmuir.

The website layout and design must remain intact as designed by Craig Longmuir.

The website design, code, layout and working files are proprietary in nature and may not be reproduced, transferred or distributed in any form without prior written permission from Craig Longmuir.

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that any images supplied to Craig Longmuir do not breach any intellectual property or copyright protection laws.

Craig Longmuir takes no responsibility for the content added via the optional extra Easy news CMS to the website.

1 header design will be supplied to the client at the design stage of the project.

The design phase will include 2 rounds of changes to the header by the client. Any further changes to design beyond this point are liable to incur further costs.

The design phase will include 1 round of changes to the left image banners by the client. Image banners are limited to 1 per page. Any further changes to design beyond this point are liable to incur further costs.

The text link and icon to www.twenty-eleven.com in the footer must remain at all times. This link can be permanantly removed at an extra cost of $250. Craig Longmuir may use your website in his portfolio of work, including the use of screenshots and links to your website.

Updates to content (excluding news managed by the optional extra content management system) can only be made by Craig Longmuir. These updates can be made by Craig Longmuir for an additional fee of $50 per hour, charged at a minimum of 30 minute slots.

Any further additions to the functionality listed above as requested by the client will incur financial and/or timeline increase.

Any client instigated change requests will be accepted and made at the discretion of Craig Longmuir.

While Craig Longmuir has made every effort to use current and industry standard technologies, he cannot be held responsible for any negating technological changes.

Work will only begin upon receipt of 50% payment ($495) . The remaining $500 is due once client has signed of on the website that will be hosted on a temporary server. The website will not be made live until the remainder of the balance is paid in full. If any optional extras are included then payment is 50% of the total including the extra cost of extras.

Payment can be made by bank transfer within Australia. Payment by credit card will incur fees of AU$35

Additional yearly hosting and domain registration is charged at AU$120 per year after the initial inclusive year has expired. Monthly site traffic is limited to 1GB and excess usage fees are $5.50 per 1GB.

Termination of the project can be made by either party.

Termination of the project will only be made by Craig Longmuir if the client fails to uphold their contractual duties.

If the client decides to terminate the project at any point she will lose any payments and will have no access to files or any project material.

The use by the client or a third-party of designs proposed by Craig Longmuir will amount to a breach of intellectual property and copyright laws, leading to legal action .

If additional work is required as a result of incorrectly supplied content, this work will be charged at $50 per hour.
